Arvigo Fertility Massage™
Maya Fertility
Maya Abdominal Therapy
There can be several factors that impede on a woman’s fertility. Misalignment of her uterus and reproductive organs is one of them. A woman’s uterus is held into place inside her pelvis by muscles, the vaginal wall and ligaments. Uterine ligaments and muscles are meant to stretch and move, but they can become weak and loose causing the uterus to fall downward or to one side. Furthermore, intense bouncing or jerking can cause the uterus to get stuck in a tilted position or to off to a place on one side. Any sort of imbalance in one part of the body can affect the body as a whole. Not only can an off-kilter uterus and reproductive organs cause infertility, these imbalances can also cause blockages and wreak havoc on all the entire body.
Uterine & Vaginal Herbal Steam Baths
Steam baths assist the cleansing of the uterus in conjunction with Mayan Abdominal Massage Therapy
Uterine or vaginal herbal steam baths otherwise known in Spanish as “Bajos” or “Chai-yok” in Korean are used in conjunction with the Arvigo Techniques of Mayan Abdominal Therapy to treat many symptoms associated with fertility and the cleaning of the uterus.

Maya Abdominal Therapy
Arvigo™ Maya Abdominal massage is a holistic approach to healthcare that involves massage, herbology, naprapathy and spiritual healing. These techniques were brought together by Dr. Rosita Arvigo who believes that her natural healing techniques can treat specific issues to promote optimal health.
The Maya Abdominal techniques from her own mentor, Don Elijio Panti, a Mayan Shaman from the country of Belize who believed that a woman’s center is her uterus. Furthermore, Panti believed that if a woman’s uterus was not in balance, than her entire body will be out of balance. Panti passed away in 1996 at the age of 103, but not before training Dr. Arvigo in the many techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy that she teaches today.
